Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Central Valley Meat Co., Inc. since December 2020, John previously held key positions including Operations Manager at Caviness Beef Packers and Fabrication Manager at JBS. With a background that also includes roles such as General Manager/Sales at Five Star Beef and Superintendent at AdvancePierre Foods, John brings over 25 years of expertise to operational leadership. John began their career at Federal Beef Processors as Supervisor and Superintendent and has a foundational education with an Associate of Science degree from Western Dakota Technical College.
