Rebecca Dawson McIpd

Rebecca Dawson MCIPD is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Head of Learning and Development at Central YMCA since January 2022. In this role, Rebecca is responsible for driving and supporting learning, engagement, organizational development, culture, and equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
