Christian Lehman

Christian Lehman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management, business development, and operations across various sectors, including aerospace and cyber security. Currently serving as Director at Op² - Orlade Group since April 2015, Christian oversees P&L management, sales, strategy, governance, and internal R&D. In addition, Christian holds the position of Partner at Groupe Orlade and is an active Lecturer at CentraleSupélec, specializing in international project management. Previous roles include Senior Engagement Leader and Advisor at Guidepoint, alongside significant positions at Airbus Defence and Space, where Christian managed complex programs, bids, and project management best practices. Educationally, Christian holds a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and has pursued additional studies at HEC Paris.
