Emilie Vallet

Emilie Vallet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and consulting. Since November 2019, Emilie has been a member of FrenchFounders and has served as a lecturer at CentraleSupélec since January 2015, focusing on radical innovation design and organizational innovation practices. Emilie co-founded Bengs, a strategy and innovation consulting firm, and is the founder of ZESQUID, which specializes in private and workspace design. Prior to these roles, Emilie was a partner at CGI Business Consulting, heading both the Change, People and Transformation practice and the Innovation and R&D excellence practice, where significant profit growth and organizational restructuring were achieved. Emilie's early career included a role as a financial auditor at Mazars. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of South Florida and advanced degrees from Université Paris Dauphine.
