The Supply Chain and Inventory Management team at Centralized Supply Chain Services, LLC is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services to Applebee’s and IHOP restaurants. They manage inventory levels, develop procurement strategies to minimize costs, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability. Additionally, the team oversees logistics operations to guarantee timely deliveries and supports the development of new products and programs to enhance the overall supply chain efficiency for Member operators.
