Michal Latala

Michal Latala is an experienced professional in digital transformation and BIM management in the construction industry. As the Director of the Digital Transformation Office at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny since November 2020, Michal oversees the further digital transformation of construction processes. Previously, Michal held various positions related to BIM, including Deputy Director for BIM & GIS and Senior BIM Manager, focusing on the development and implementation of BIM technology in railway projects. In addition to current responsibilities as the Founder of #FanatycyBIM, Michal has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Lodz University of Technology. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Michal has further enhanced expertise through postgraduate studies in BIM management.
