Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the Solidarity Airport and associated railway investments. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Their tasks include planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while also managing resources, risks, and communication among stakeholders to facilitate the seamless development of the airport, railway connections, and Airport City.
