Charlie Cribb is an experienced Installation Engineer at TriTech Software Systems since March 2012, specializing in deploying software builds and configuring Microsoft SQL Server for the Public Safety Suite®. Cribb collaborates with clients on extensive projects to implement hardware and software solutions, ensuring business processes are streamlined. Also serving as a Technical Analyst, Cribb provides tier 1 and tier 2 support for Public Safety software, addressing and escalating technical issues as needed. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Technician at CentralSquare Technologies, and a Technical Analyst at VisionAIR, alongside a background in loss prevention and fire safety with the City of Wilmington Fire Department and the City of Florence Fire Department. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Information Systems from Cape Fear College.
