Emily Dingfelder

Emily Dingfelder is an accomplished music educator with a diverse teaching background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Elementary Music Teacher at Central Valley School District since 2015, Emily has taught general music to grades 3 through 5 and led 5th-grade band and chorus, transitioning to teaching kindergarten through 2nd-grade general music and continuing with 5th-grade band lessons from 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Therapeutic Staff Support at Family Behavioral Resources, an Elementary Band Teacher at Bethel Park School District, and a music instructor at Vincentian Academy where a general music curriculum was developed. Emily's foundational experiences also include supporting special education students and teaching music to early childhood learners. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Duquesne University.
