Richard E Killian

Richard E Killian has extensive experience in the field of finance and budgeting. Richard E began their career in 1981 at Fresno County Government, where they served as Principal Accountant, conducting cash-flow analysis and reviewing regulations. In 1997, Richard joined Westland Water District as a Financial Analyst, overseeing the delivery of water to 600,000 acres. After three years, they moved to Centre County Government, assuming the role of Deputy Controller and managing various financial functions. In 2008, Richard joined Penn State University as Director of Research Accounting, responsible for billing, recording, and reporting sponsored expenditures. Currently, they work at Centre County Government as the Director of Budget & Finance, where they prepare annual budgets and coordinates budgetary information with other officials.

Richard E Killian has an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from the College of the Sequoias. Richard E also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from California State University, Fresno. In addition to their academic qualifications, Richard has obtained certifications such as the Certified Research Administrator PSU ACES in December 2013 and the Certified Internal Auditor from the International Internal Auditors in August 2008.
