Martin Lessard

Martin Lessard currently serves as Vice President of Operations at the Centre de production de produits biologiques (CPPB) inc. / Biologics Manufacturing Centre (BMC) Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Martin held various leadership positions at Biron Groupe Santé, including Senior Director of Strategy and Business Performance and Director of Operational Excellence from April 2018 to May 2024. Martin's experience also includes significant roles at Laboratoires Confab Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed Operational Excellence and Technical Training, as well as positions at Pfizer, Sanmina-SCI, The Createch Group, and Hedstrom Corporation, focusing on project management, engineering, and lean manufacturing. Martin holds a degree from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
