Paul Carrico is a Research Engineer at Cenaero since January 2022, specializing in numerical developments for space and aeronautic environments, including fragmentation code development for spacecrafts during atmospheric re-entry and crack propagation modeling in turbomachinery using the XFEM method. Prior experience includes serving as an FEA and material expert Engineer at AUXITROL WESTON from October 2002 to December 2021, where Paul was responsible for finite element analyses, fracture mechanics using NASGRO solver, and collaboration with ISMANS university on Finite Elements topics.
