Bernard Le Foll's work experience includes serving as a Professor and later as an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto since 2006. Bernard further pursued their education at Université de Bordeaux, where they obtained a Diploma University in Pharmacoepidemiology in 1997. Bernard then achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pharmacology from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), with the completion year undisclosed. Bernard later pursued a University Diploma in Psychology, Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy at Université Paris Cité, completing it before 2001. Additionally, they engaged in a post-doctoral fellowship in Pharmacology at the National Institutes of Health from 2003 to 2006.
