Kim McCullough

Co Lead Critical Review Research Project at CAMH

Kim McCullough has diverse work experience in various roles within different organizations. They started their career as a Counsellor at Redirection Through Education in 2006. They then worked as a Peer Recovery Facilitator in the Mood & Anxiety Program at CAMH from 2007 to 2009. After this, they served as a Group Facilitator for The Men's Program & My Dad's Group at Grey Children's Aid Society from 2009 to 2010. They also worked as a Relief Counsellor at Women's House Serving Bruce Grey during the same period. In 2009, they held the position of Community Development Assistant for the C/S Development Project at HOPE Grey Bruce (formerly GBCHC). They then worked as a Clinical Case Manager/Counsellor at Ontario Addiction Treatment Centre - Owen Sound Clinic from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they had a Student Placement as an Equine Facilitated Wellness Mental Health Counsellor at PRANCE. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Partner Contact Worker for The Men's Program at Bruce Grey Child and Family Services. They also served as a Psychiatric Resident Advisor at CAMH/University of Toronto Department of Psychiatry from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Kim holds the position of Co Lead Critical Review Research Project and AFP Co Lead at CAMH, starting from 2015 and 2018, respectively.

Kim McCullough has a Master's degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from FNTI/Ryerson University from 2014 to 2017. Kim also holds a Diploma in Social Service Worker from George Brown College (2012-2013) and a Diploma in Assaulted Women and Children's Counsellor Advocate from George Brown College (2004-2007).
