Manasi Narasimhan

Manasi Narasimhan is the Head of Communications and Strategic Partnerships at the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS) since August 2023, focusing on enhancing state capacity and governance. Previously, as Vice President & Head of Marketing & Communications for South Asia at Mastercard from October 2017 to August 2023, Manasi played a pivotal role in transforming Mastercard into a direct-to-consumer brand, significantly increasing revenue and brand equity. Manasi also held senior marketing positions at Godrej Industries Limited, Turner International, Time Warner Inc., and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Manasi holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College.
