Manideep Gudela currently serves as the Director of Energy Transition at the Centre for Energy, Environment & People (CEEP), having held various roles including Research Fellow and Senior Research Associate since May 2020. Prior experience includes a Summer Internship at CEPT Research and Development Foundation and a Research Internship at Indo-Global Social Service Society, where contributions included drafting reports on domestic workers and collaborating with the National Hawkers Federation. Manideep also worked as a Senior Executive at Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited, supervising operations and maintenance activities for electricity distribution and managing projects focused on reducing distribution losses. Manideep holds a Master of Science in Urban Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur.
