Ann-Kathrin Daubner

Ann-Kathrin Daubner is currently the Head of Human Resources at ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research. Prior to her current position, she worked as a Human Resources Officer and Personalreferentin at FERCHAU Engineering, focusing on recruitment and administrative support. She also has experience as a Talent Sourcing Recruiter at PRA Health Sciences and as a Working Student/Intern in Sourcing at Goodgame Studios. Ann-Kathrin is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Universität Koblenz, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer.
