Christina Janik

Christina Janik currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ZEW – Leibniz-Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung since October 2025. Prior to this role, Christina held various positions at Deutsche Bahn from June 2016 to September 2025, including Leiterin Recruiting IT Professionals and Recruiting Managerin, focusing on recruiting and workforce development in the IT sector. Earlier experience includes a Research & Service Consultant role at rarecompany AG and a Werkstudentin HR position at Siemens. Christina completed a Systemic Coach certification at isb GmbH in 2018, and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftspädagogik from the University of Mannheim, graduating in 2014 and 2011, respectively.
