Teresa Lam possesses extensive experience in finance and technology, currently serving as the Head of Programmes and Policy at the Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology (CFIT). Previously, Teresa held the position of Open Banking Policy at the Financial Conduct Authority and worked as a Fintech MBA Consultant with USAID. Additionally, Teresa was a Manager in the External Department at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and served as the Vice President of Global Banking at Hang Seng Bank. Teresa's educational background includes an MBA in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and a BBA (Hons) in Global Business and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
