Brahim Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh is a Political Adviser at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) since May 2019, providing political support for HD's actions in the Sahel through expertise and networks. Previously, Brahim served as an operational assistant and deputy project manager on the Pasto project focused on agro-pastoral mediation in the G5 Sahel region. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Adviser for the Sahel at the Centre Africain pour le Dialogue et les Études Stratégiques (CADES) and as Sahel-Maghreb Coordinator for PROMEDIATION, where Brahim represented the organization in critical coordination meetings regarding conflict resolution. Brahim's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in administration, economic engineering, strategic defense, project management, and accounting from various prestigious institutions, including the National School of Administration (ENA) and the University of Orléans.
