Hannes Ebert

Hannes Ebert is the Head of Cyber Programme at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD). With previous experience as a Senior Advisor at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and a Research Fellow at GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies, Ebert has a strong background in political science and international relations. Hannes holds a PhD in Political Science from Universität Hamburg and a Master of Science in International Relations Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
