Walter Schilling

Walter Schilling is an accomplished academic and software engineer with extensive experience in higher education and industry. Currently serving as a Professor in the Software Engineering Program at the Milwaukee School of Engineering since November 2007, Walter has held the titles of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the same institution. Prior roles include Graduate Student at the University of Toledo, Adjunct Lecturer at Ohio Northern University, and Software Engineer at Visteon. Additionally, Walter worked as an Embedded Software Engineer for Ford Motor Company and interned at Rockwell Automation. Walter holds a PhD and MSES in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Toledo, as well as a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Ohio Northern University.
