Isabelle Wiart

Isabelle Wiart currently serves as the Responsable du service Management, Transformation et Communication interne for La Rochelle Agglo since July 2023. Simultaneously, Isabelle operates as a professional coach through IW Coaching, specializing in individual and team coaching for public sector players, as well as mentoring directors, managers, and HR teams. Additional roles include coaching and facilitating at the Ecole nationale de la Magistrature and the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership. Previously, Isabelle held significant positions at La Rochelle Université, overseeing human resources and communication from 2005 to 2019, and has extensive experience in educational documentation and mobility assistance. Isabelle holds various academic qualifications, including a certification in coaching and degrees in communication and history from reputable institutions.
