Allison Orr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at the Centre for Policy Development since October 2018, and as Company Secretary for The Sydney Fringe since February 2024, Allison's previous roles include Executive Officer of External Relations at UNSW, Manager of Research & Operations at Per Capita Australia, and Grants Manager at the Don Chipp Foundation. With a strong academic background, Allison holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Politics & Democracy, a Master of Arts in International Relations, and a Bachelor of Music, all obtained from UNSW.
