Huy Truong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors, particularly focusing on refugee support and integration. As the Co-Founder and Chairman of Thrive Refugee Enterprise since October 2016, Truong has been instrumental in assisting refugees in Australia to establish and grow their businesses through micro-financing and support services. Currently, Truong holds multiple influential positions including Chairperson at DS3-Global, Infrastructure Matters, Heart Financial, and the Save the Children Australia Impact Investment Fund Investment Committee, as well as a Council Member on the Settlement Advisory Council to the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs. Previous experience includes a role as Director at ALI Group (Australia), where Truong also served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner, alongside a directorial position at the Australian Glass Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Honours degree in Economics from Monash University.
