Avani Kapur is currently a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research and a Fellow at #Tech4Good Fellows. Previously, Avani held various roles at Accountability Initiative, Centre for Policy Research, including Lead and Senior Researcher: Lead Public Finance. With a strong background in research and program analysis, Avani has worked on projects related to education expenditures, health transfers, and government support in India. With a diverse educational background from institutions like The London School of Economics and Political Science, Smith College, and Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Avani brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of public policy.
