Toby Lowe

Toby Lowe is a Professor at The Manchester Metropolitan University since November 2024 and serves as a Visiting Professor at the Centre for Public Impact since April 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Lecturer at Northumbria University from November 2018 to October 2024, and as Chief Executive at Helix Arts from October 2006 to December 2014, where the organization focused on enhancing well-being through creative activities for marginalized individuals. Additionally, Toby Lowe held the position of Head of Resource Development at Arts Council England from 2004 to 2006.
