Kathryn Sinclair

Kathryn Sinclair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Operations at CSIO since 2020, Kathryn leads initiatives for continuous process improvements and coordinates strategic action plans. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at both aha insurance and Ignite Insurance, Kathryn played a pivotal role in launching Canada’s first online brokerage and optimizing operational processes to enhance client engagement. At OTIP, Kathryn managed a large team and implemented workflows to support marketing campaigns, contributing to corporate growth. Kathryn's earlier roles include various leadership positions at Grey Power and Cowan Insurance Group. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and has further education from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
