Arnaud Dolin

Arnaud Dolin is an experienced information systems manager with a strong background in digitalization and project management. Currently serving as the Directeur des systèmes d’information et de l’organisation at Centre Hospitalier de Bligny since June 2023, Arnaud previously contributed to the digital transformation of Association Aurore as Directeur des systèmes d’information from August 2019 to June 2023, overseeing 250 sites and managing teams and external providers. Prior roles include Responsable des Systèmes d'Information at INTS, where responsibilities included ensuring information security and implementing the information systems roadmap, and Adjoint Responsable des Systèmes d'Information at INRS France, where Arnaud managed a team across two sites and was involved in significant budget management and project coordination. With a foundational role at CNRS as Responsable Informatique du Campus, Arnaud developed network infrastructure and served as a web project manager. Educationally, Arnaud holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Telecommunications networks from École pour l'Informatique et les Techniques Avancées.
