Jay Jernegan currently serves as the Program Manager at Centre Law & Consulting, LLC. Prior to this role, Jay worked as the Deputy Chief at DEA Headquarters and Drug Enforcement Administration. With over a decade of experience in law enforcement, Jay is now responsible for leading a staff of over 100 individuals and managing all aspects of OMA as DSC. Jay also has previous experience supervising a group of Special Agents and Task Force Officers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ICDO. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from US Coast Guard Academy and a degree in Aviation Management with Flight Training from Daniel Webster College.
