Lindsay Goulet

Lindsay Goulet is the Director of Education & Exercise Programming at Centre of Clinical Excellence - Veterans and First Responders Health, as well as the Director of Exercise Programming & Education at Habit Lifestyle Medicine. Additionally, Lindsay works as a Wellness Consultant at Lindsay Gee Health & Wellness where she specializes in physical and mental health. Lindsay holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Alberta, and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Victoria. In her role as the Community Development Manager at Stigma-Free Society, Lindsay works towards creating a stigma-free environment for marginalized communities.
