The Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation (CCHN) supports frontline humanitarian staff negotiating access, assistance and protection by providing them with learning and training opportunities to strengthen their negotiation and diplomacy skills.

Founded in 2016, the CCHN is a joint initiative of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières Switzerland, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, and the UN World Food Programme.
