Shashank Sahay

Shashank Sahay is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as a Life Member of The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) since April 2023. Positioning as a Sr. Behavioral Trainer at Gryphon Academy Pvt. Ltd. from January 2024, Shashank Sahay has also held significant roles including Head of Training and Development and Behavioral Trainer at Eminence Skill Development, as well as Sr. Behavioral Trainer at Rubicon Skill Development. Additional responsibilities include consulting as a Lead Trainer, mentoring for the Atal Innovation Mission, and advising as a Board Member for the EDIIC at LNCT University. A certified life coach and NLP practitioner, Shashank Sahay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from DY Patil University and multiple certifications in life coaching and counseling psychology.
