Phd Student On EU Member States' Uses Of Marine Protected Areas To Regulate Human Activities at Centre of Marine Sciences (CCMAR)

Juliette Aminian Biquet is a dedicated marine scientist and PhD student at the Centre of Marine Sciences (CCMAR), focusing on the uses of marine protected areas by EU Member States. Currently serving as an EMB Young Ambassador for the European Marine Board IVZW, Juliette has gained diverse experience in marine and ecological research through previous roles, including Ecovolontaire Animatrice Nature at Réserve naturelle nationale de l'Etang de Cousseau and Research and Fieldwork Assistant at Tour du Valat, where data collection on Mediterranean biodiversity was conducted. Juliette's educational background includes a Doctorat in Ecology from Universidade do Algarve and a Master’s in Biodiversity, Ecology, and Evolution from Université Paris-Saclay, along with additional studies at Aarhus University and various research experiences across multiple organizations.
