Rita Narciso Pereira

Rita Narciso Pereira has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Centre of Marine Sciences (CCMAR) since June 2011. Previously, in the role of Project Officer for student liaison at CACHE Marie Curie ITN from May 2014 to November 2016, Rita documented and reported on the recruitment and career development of researchers, while also organizing logistics for training and annual meetings. As a Human Resources work-package Officer at the Preparatory phase of the European Marine Biological Resource Centre from June 2011 to December 2013, Rita focused on human resources composition, distribution, and forecasting key competences. Earlier experience includes an HR Trainee position at CCDR Algarve, where survey design and data analysis were conducted to identify training needs. Rita holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário and completed the curricular part of an MBA at Universidade do Algarve.
