Sarah Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarah began their career in 1996 at Cinemark as an Assistant Manager, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Chili's as a Manager and stayed there until 2012. Since 2012, Sarah has been associated with Centre Technologies, initially as the Director of Customer Experience and currently as the Director of Customer Success.
Sarah Coleman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology/Business from Sam Houston State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In September 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
