Marcus Kennedy, MBA, PMP, serves as the Global Director of Customer Success at Centred Solutions, where responsible for leading the Customer Solutions team in the UK and ensuring seamless processes from contracting to ongoing care. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering and Product Development at RxSafe and Product Director at Premier Inc., where Marcus drove innovations in pharmacy automation and operations solutions. With extensive experience in product management and development across various organizations, including Parata Systems and McKesson, Marcus has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, guiding product lifecycles, and fostering strategic growth initiatives. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's degree in Business, Marcus is also a Gulf War veteran.
