Justin Richard Baker has a diverse work experience background. Justin Richard began their career as a Scholarship Football Player at the University of California, Berkeley from June 2020 to January 2023. During this time, they also held the position of Paralegal at the Darryl A. Stallworth Law Office from June 2021 to August 2022.

Following their time at Berkeley, Justin worked as a Business Analyst at Unilever, specifically in the CMG Strategy Consulting department, from January 2023 to May 2023. Justin Richard then transitioned to CMG Strategy Consulting as a Business Consultant, starting in January 2023 and continuing to the present.

Simultaneously, Justin pursued professional development opportunities. Justin Richard served as a Non-Profit Consulting Extern at PwC from July 2023 onwards. Justin Richard then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy & Legal Studies as a double major at the University of California, Berkeley from 2020 to 2024. Additionally, in 2023, Justin obtained the Accenture AWS Technology Training certification and participated in the Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience program offered by Accenture.
