As Chief Customer Success Officer in Centreon, Charlotte is responsible for the satisfaction of the customers and partners. In this context, she manages a multi-disciplinary team around three main pillars: Professional Services, Customer Care and Customer Success Management. Charlotte and her teams embody the first value of the company: Customer first! She has held several positions in IT, with more than 15 years of experience in customer relationship management and contact centers. Prior to joining Centreon, Charlotte was Director of Customer Success in a software company that manages omnichannel interactions. Charlotte holds a master’s degree in marketing from IAE Gustave Eiffel Paris.
