With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Massimiliano previously held the position of CEO at Artesys Orion, where the focus was on optimizing business performance for customers through innovative technological solutions. Massimiliano has also held various senior management roles, including Country Manager at Artesys SA, Owner and CEO at ORION Servizi Informatici, and President & CEO at both Synthesis s.r.l. and SIS - Servizi Integrazione Sistemi s.r.l. An early career included consultancy in the finance and banking sectors with institutions such as IMI Fideuram Asset Management and Banca Popolare di Novara.
