Megan Elmiger

Megan Elmiger is the General Manager People Safety and Culture. Megan joined CentrePort in November 2021 and comes from 26 years of service with the NZ Army.

Megan is focused on ensuring CentrePort attracts and retains the right people now and into the future, who are aligned with the company’s values. Injury prevention, effective health and safety systems, using problem-solving skills and good communication are key areas of collaboration she shares across her team

Megan has significant experience in strategy, leadership, HR Management, and logistics operations both domestically and internationally.

Megan holds a Masters's Degree in International Security from Massey University.
