Bernat Llopart Artigas

Bernat Llopart Artigas has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2019. Bernat started their career as an IT Support Technician at Optima Parc from November 2004 to December 2006. From November 2006 to March 2009, they worked as a Second Level Technician Helpdesk at Indra BMB, where they were responsible for resolving tickets and providing support for end-user infrastructure.

In December 2009, Bernat joined BT Global Services as a Data Center Supervisor. Their responsibilities included coordinating on-site operators, establishing procedures for high service performance, enforcing security and procedure compliance, managing third-party providers, and overseeing large projects. Bernat also served as the main contact for data center activities and assisted with commercial activities.

In September 2015, Bernat transitioned to a new role at Ibermatica as a Data Center Supervisor. Bernat continued to oversee on-site operators and managed the IT/DC Operations group. Bernat developed and reviewed budgets for the corporate IT department, ensuring compliance with goals and objectives.

In 2019, Bernat joined centrexIT as an IT Project Manager. Bernat oversees all client projects, develops project management methodologies, sets goals according to strategic objectives, and maintains project management standards and tools.

Throughout their career, Bernat has shown expertise in IT project management, data center operations, infrastructure support, and technical troubleshooting. Bernat has demonstrated leadership skills, managed complex projects, and encouraged a team-oriented professional culture.

Bernat Llopart Artigas graduated from La Salle BCN in the years 2003-2005, where they obtained a degree as a Técnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicación e Informaticos in the field of Information Technology. Bernat went on to obtain a Master's degree in IT Project Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in the years 2014-2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bernat also acquired several certifications including the "Plan de Desarrollo Formativo 2013" from Ibermática in February 2013, the "ITIL V3 Foundation certificate" from APMG International in November 2011, and the "BICSI Data Center Design Best Practice" certification from DatacenterDynamics in November 2010.
