Melissa Culbertson

Melissa Culbertson, PHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Centri Business Consulting, LLC, since September 2019. Previously, Melissa held the position of Compensation Manager at Hamilton Lane from September 2018 to September 2019 and served as the Director of Human Resources at Resource America from 2006 to September 2018. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Orrstown Bank from December 2004 to December 2006 and as a Human Resource Manager at Niche Electronics from December 2000 to December 2004. Melissa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 1997 and 2001.
