Amanda Russell has diverse work experience in various industries. Amanda began their career in 2009 as a Server Trainer at Harvey's Grill and Bar, where they stayed until 2012. During this time, they also worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist at Munson Medical Center from 2012 to 2012.

In 2013, Amanda took on multiple roles, including Gymnastics Instructor at Bay Valley Academy, Certified Surgical Technologist at Scheurer Hospital, Pharmacy Technician at Meijer, and Waitress at Big E's Sports Grill. Amanda continued their career in 2015 as a Substitute Teacher at PCMI Services - Powered by Willsub, a Community Health Educator Intern at Underground Railroad, and a Behavioral Health Technician at Centria Healthcare. Their most recent position, starting in 2018, is as a Prevention Specialist at Saginaw County Youth Protection Council.
