Ashley Niesyto

Ashley Niesyto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

From 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Child Care Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo. Their responsibilities included caring for children aged 6 weeks to 8 years old, performing administrative duties during check-ins and pick-ups, and maintaining records of the children's progress, routines, and interests.

In 2018, at UMHSCC, Ashley served as an Assistant to the Program Director. Their duties involved coordinating events between the center and the local community, organizing collaborative activities involving teachers, families, and local organizations. Ashley also contributed to the creation of a database containing contact information for community agencies and organizations serving children and families.

Since 2019, Ashley has been employed at Centria Healthcare. Ashley started as a Scheduling Coordinator, responsible for managing schedules and appointments. In 2021, they transitioned into the role of Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Throughout their work experience, Ashley has demonstrated versatility and adaptability in various roles, showcasing their organizational skills, administrative capabilities, and commitment to supporting children and families.

Ashley Niesyto completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Child & Family Development from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Stevenson High School from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued general studies.
