Catherine Szlachtowicz

Catherine Szlachtowicz has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Catherine is currently working as a Process Compliance Specialist at Centria Healthcare since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Specialist at MortgageJV from August 2021 to April 2022. Catherine also served as a Culinary Instructor at Rising Stars Academy from March 2020 to August 2021. Catherine has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having worked as an Executive Pastry Chef at The Home Bakery from February 2015 to March 2020, and at The Lark Restaurant from October 2012 to February 2015. Catherine started their career as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Townsend Hotel from June 2011 to October 2012. Catherine's expertise in pastry was honed during their tenure as an Executive Pastry Chef at Royal Park Hotel from August 2003 to June 2011.

Catherine Szlachtowicz attended Macomb Community College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
