Jeff Felty

Jeff Felty has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in compliance and privacy roles. Jeff currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Centria Healthcare since May 2019. Prior to that, from July 2017 to May 2019, Jeff served as the Compliance & Privacy Officer at Centerstone, where they oversaw and managed compliance and privacy programs across 25 locations in Kentucky.

Before joining Centerstone, Jeff worked at ResCare for a significant part of their career. From January 2012 to May 2017, they held the position of Senior Director of Compliance. Prior to that, they served as Compliance Officer from July 2005 to January 2012, State Operations Director from September 2000 to July 2005, Executive Director from January 1998 to September 2000, and Treatment Director from July 1997 to January 1998.

Early in their career, Jeff worked as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at InPsych Behavioral Health Services from August 1994 to July 1997, and at United Behavioral Systems from April 1992 to August 1994. Jeff began their career as a Child and Family Therapist at Seven Counties Services from October 1990 to April 1992.

Jeff Felty has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and English from Western Kentucky University, as well as a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Child Development and Family Therapy from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Jeff is Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (C.H.P.C.) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) and obtained this certification in August 2018. Jeff is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance (C.H.C.) by the same institution, with a certification obtained in June 2006. Additionally, they hold licenses as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Kentucky Board of Social Work and as a Licensed Master Social Worker (L.M.S.W.) from the Michigan Board of Social Work, although the specific dates of obtaining these licenses are not provided.
