Liisa Podosek

Liisa Podosek currently serves as the Director of Clinical Leadership Development at Centria Autism, having held multiple leadership roles since March 2022, including Area Director of Clinical Services and Director of Functional Assessment and Treatment Implementation. Prior experience includes positions at Autism Learning Partners as a Sr. Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and at Maxim Healthcare Services as a BCBA/Clinical Supervisor. Liisa's expertise encompasses behavior analytic services, supervision of various behavioral staff, coordination of care with external providers, and program development across diverse settings including clinics, schools, and home environments. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
