Carlos started their career in 2005 as a Team Leader at ONO, where they successfully increased sales and eventually became a Jefe de Equipo, leading a team of 14 sales professionals. In 2007, they joined Actualize, S.L. as a Key Account Manager, where they implemented a new business model and achieved over a 300% increase in department revenue. Carlos then worked at Centribal as a Business Development Manager, responsible for acquiring and retaining accounts and developing innovative services.

In 2012, Carlos joined Chequemotiva as a Key Account Manager, focusing on client acquisition, management, and growth. Carlos also played a role in marketing and new product development. In the same year, they also worked at Zendesk as a Partner, specializing in customer care platforms and providing comprehensive multi-platform solutions.

Carlos returned to Centribal in 2017 as a Strategic Account Director before being promoted to Sales Director the following year. Carlos then served as the Global Sales Director at Centribal, overseeing operations in IBERIA&LATAM and managing services for over 18 million users worldwide.

In 2021, Carlos joined Proporciona as a Director, where they support large companies in their sustainability strategies and aims to establish Proporciona as a leading national sustainability company with international growth and diversified solutions.

Carlos Ramos has a diverse education history.
