Herman Tange

Herman Tange has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Herman started their career at ING Bank as a Relationship Manager in 1998. Herman then progressed to roles such as Corporate Secretary at ING Group and later became the Head of IT Data Services and VP of Commercial Lending at ING DIRECT USA. In 2007, they joined ING DIRECT as the Deputy CFO and later moved to become the Chief Sales & Strategy Officer at ING DIRECT Canada. Herman then took up the position of Managing Director of Marketing for Retail Banking at ING Nederland in 2012. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Managing Director of Marketing and Customer Experience Business Banking at ING. Currently, they are the Co-CEO of Exporo since 2020 and will be taking on the role of Managing Director of Supply Chain Solutions at Centric from May 2023.

Herman Tange completed their Masters in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 1990 and 1996. In 2010, they attended the General Management Program at Harvard Business School for a brief period. Later, in 2013-2014, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Marketing Leadership from Henley Business School, focusing on Marketing/Marketing Management.
